By creating an account or using Outlet, you agree to these terms.
Outlet is a marketplace that connects drivers and hosts. We are not a party to the agreement between a host and a driver and do not provide charging ourselves.
Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older.
You represent that you have the right to offer your charger, that your listing is accurate, and that your equipment is safe and legal to use. You consent to displaying your location as described in the Privacy Policy.
Use chargers only as booked, follow the host's instructions, and leave the space as you found it.
Payments and host payouts are handled by Stripe. Outlet charges a platform fee on each booking. Charging is a real-world service billed via Stripe — not an Apple In-App Purchase.
Bookings may be cancelled before charging begins. Refund handling is processed through Stripe.
No illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, or abusive use of the service or another user's property.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Outlet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or interactions between users.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Governing law: State of Utah, USA.
